Unfortunately, one of our third-party national network providers experienced a fiber cut which regrettably disrupted our service. Because of the redundancy in our network, all traffic was swiftly re-routed and services were restored as quickly as possible.
We are continuing to investigate and work with our national network provider to ensure safeguards are put in place that would minimize any potential future outages and increase speeds of a faster recovery time.
